Tevez's Injury (Merged)

Your opinion on the tevez 'injury' genuine or not?

I personally think it's being over played and I think he'll play on Saturday.

Maybe that's just wishful thinking though :/

Picking Tevez last night will ultimately cost Mancini his job, because without him we're not getting top 4 and are gonna lose on saturday

Thats just the cherry on the icing of the cake of sacking.................Mancini shouldnt have been given the job in the first place and his awful reign has been littered with ineptitude.
I cant stomach this dross we endure for 75mins EVERY bloody game.

Re: Tevez's Injury

Tevez is the best striker we have had since Franny Lee. He will be a massive blow to us if he does not play. However, we can still win. We have a very good defence, we just have to get that winning goal. Silva will score!!!! And City will go on to beat Stoke in the final!!

Good defence before Christmas. Since then terrible.

Wolves 3 Birmingham 2 united 2 Chelsea 2 Leicester 2 twice, Liverpool 3, Kiev 2

Re: Tevez's Injury

How long has he been carrying this injury, could it explain his poor form for the past 6/8 weeks and why the pounds seem to have piled on.
His not playing sat doesnt bother me as he's been annonymous in the derbys this year but if he's out for 5 or so wks its obviously a big loss.
I'm not a fan of his and wish he left in Jan but cant get away from the fact we are better at the moment with him.

Re: Tevez's last game in a City shirt?

I thought it was weird when he was suddenly injured for the Chelsea game. Last night was even odder. I don't think it was staged by the manager though, more Tevez losing interest. I wish he'd just go now, our captain doesn't give a shit about us.. how sad is that?

just watched this incident for the 6th time.....he gives the ball away-watches them score-then signals to the bench that his hamstrings gone- what,s that about- i,ve done my hamstring twice and both times gone down like a sack of shit because it was f***ing agony!!!!- i just don,t get this......

He held his leg immediately after the challenge... Before they scored. I watched it and said he'd done it, before they scored. If you've watched it 6 times then go back again and see it for yourself. This time open your eyes.

Also, I've done my hamstring during a game and didn't go down like the proverbial sack but, stupidly, carried on... People with hamstring strains rarely fall over in "agony".

Enough of the conspiracy theories eh?

Re: Tevez's last game in a City shirt?

If it is his last season, what does anyone think about drogba? one last season for him in the prem perhaps, something to prove?? He's still a class striker but his days are numbered at chelsea. I think he could do a job for 1 maybe even 2 seasons.
