Texas court halts sale of Dippers

So basically H&G are saying that they've had better offers for the club than the current one but Broughton hasn't even looked at them. If this is true then Broughton could be in the shit surely?

Did the High Court have anything to say about this possibility? Why is the proposed new chairman in Liverpool. And what was the point in squealing to the High Court if the High Court (or the British judiciary in general) did not have the final word on the matter in the first place.

Vulture fest, it would seem.
