Yeah the sailing seems hard to stay interested in, Ben Ainslie wasn't too bad because he was achieving something that nobody has done, not the best spectator sport anyway!

Brilliant from Jade Jones. A local lass to me and we stopped the pub quiz halfway through and all sat glued to the screen cheering her on.

Dont wish to belittle her achievements however but you could pretty much put any girl from Flint into a conflict sport and they'd return with a medal.

Said something similar earlier mate.
There is a certain irony in someone from Flint winning a gold medal for kicking the shit out of a stranger!! :-)

Thats the stupid fucking scoring. I dont think any of the body punches have scored in many fights. Any way check out John Joe Nevin next he is a great mover and punches well. I honestly think one of the 2 lads remaining will get to the final. War John Joe.
