I think my main gripe was the club made it sound as if it was a case of opting in for the tickets DURING the purchase process...
Now we're waiting for an email that could come at ANY time.. What if I went away for a week today?? It's a bit poor.
I dont pre-order normally, I like to wait, try it on, and then buy. Because of the gig I pre-ordered. I got overcharged, received a confusing email, and dont know whats going on. Probably ordered a size to big and wont be able to wear it on the 17th! haha
Though echo-ing what another poster said.. At 2pm yesterday the club confirmed that 2500 tickets(that is probably 1250 pairs) has not been taken... the website issue really hit sales it seems so the owners will want to know why.
