Exit the webpage and then input your details again i.e email and order number but knock off the 000 at the beginning of your order number

Woo hoo... Got a pair of tickets... very surprised as although ordered early(ish) at about half ten I didn't get e-mail until half three and I'd ordered over the phone which I thought discounted you out from free tickets..

Means I don't have to buy the missus a birthday present now!!
