The 2500 tickets

Could someone help me please?

I have recieved my confirmation email for the shirt but when i was at the varified by visa page it was only showing £1 to be taken from the account, did it do this with any of you guys?

No problems for me, but I used Mastercard!

Did it say the £1 thing?

This is the latest bank security for the cards.
Did to me last Christmas
it runs a test purchase of £1 to verify the card is genuine. if approved it runs the full payment and removes the £1 request. fully legit. just extra security for you and card issuer.

The club says on the website that the tickets are for web orders. I like many others may find myself without Doves tickets because i ordered by phone early Wednesday morning, hoping to be one of the first to pre-order.
It reads " The City of Manchester Stadium will play host to an incredible night of Manchester music on Friday July 17th as Doves headline an exclusive free gig for 2,500 fans and their best friend who purchase the new Manchester City home shirt from the Club’s website. "

Don't worry mate, i tried ordering through the phone but my card was declined like many others were. They said that if the purchase is successful i would be in to get the doves tickets. From what a guy was saying on here who was head of something at the club, there hasnt been many shirts sold because of the problems with the cards etc. I am thinking the emails for the tickets will go out once all 2500 orders have been completed and you then have 48 hours to claim them
