Some City fans aren't as paranoid and also enjoy the other sports sky offers

I Watch other sports as well mate including rugby league and cricket. Are you one of those sky groupies who goes around saying Gary Neville is a great guy and misunderstood by Blues who haven't got sky!

Sky groupie pmsl watch the sport on offer can take or leave the pundits doesn't bother me, laugh at the commentators all part of life's rich tapestry

No Silva (West Ham), No Aguero (take your pick) in those top goals.

Rag & Chelsea love in.

Finally a mention for Aguero from Carragher.

Finally a mention? Carragher described him as the only player in the Premier League who was World class and could get in a world 11. Which Neville then agreed with. I can only presume you wrote this before the end of the show?
The team was a joke though.

I said "finally a mention" for Aguero as it was said towards the end of the piece.

What part of the team did you think was a joke? Would you care to comment why the goals I mentioned above were not in the goals of the season - so far?

there is the blind and there is those who wish not to see.

Typically you only quoted the narrative which suits your argument, failing to quote the later post where I wholeheartedly agreed those two goals should have been part of the best 20.

Similar to 'Aguero finally gets a mention' which suggests he was discussed as a side issue not proclaimed by both pundits as the only world class player in the Premiership and the best player in the Premiership.

I dont think there is an agenda but can see that those two goals should have made the top twenty. I do not have a fixed position like yourself and I an happy to have a balanced debate rather than yourself who just dismisses people who do not agree with the agenda as reds.

Im still waiting for a reporter to speak more offensively about a City player than you have about Yaya.

Re: so this agenda thing.

on sky sports new mobile site , they have listed the "top five of 2014" , they have included Chelsea (who have won f*ck all for 2 or 3 seasons) Arsenal (who have won one FA Cup in 10 years) the rags (a mid table team) and the dippers (a club of proven has been bottlers) , but no mention of the current champions and league cup holders of 2014 , strange days indeed.

Quoting a narrative that suits your argument is exactly what you have done. I wrote "Aguero finally gets a mention" because the feature had been on for some time, showing in excess of 20 goals of the season and not a mention of Sergio. He was spoke about towards the conclusion of the review. Do you see the link there? "Conclusion" and "Finally".

I never commented on the content, just the timing of it. Despite me pointing out the context of my quote, you then attempt to portray it as a criticism from me that they spoke about Aguero as an afterthought. Again not true, but it suits your narrative. Something you're all too happy to accuse others of.

I've highlighted the relevant quotes for you if that helps.

Or you hoped that I wouldn't have asked you again and you could have conveniently sidestepped the issue by discussing the merits of the goals from Di Maria and Jagielka. Which was not what was asked. I'm amazed that you wrote an opinion on what was the best of those two, but didn't engage when specifically asked, in what I (and most other people) would find glaring omissions.

I'd suggest that list of 20 best goals of the season was put together by someone at SKY. JC & GN were merely commenting on what was presented to them. What I don't understand is how such a collection of goals could not include Silva's or Aguero's.

What possible reason do you think there could be for this glaring oversight?

No I am happy to discuss anything. Firstly I did not see the list of 20 I had just flicked on when discussing the merits of the two contenders. Personally I would have expected Silva's and Aguero's at Sunderland comfortably within this list. I am surprised they were not. I would be interested to know who the twenty were now.

Reasons for the glaring oversight? I can only think personal preference or like you say a shocking oversight. Not quite sure what Sky would gain by not including them? Why do you think they are not included?

I could add the Aguero goal v QPR, which would make it THREE glaring oversights. Interesting that these three omissions were all scored by City players. The strange thing is, SKY are usually shit hot on these sort of montages.

It must be a succession of unfortunate co-incidences. That's probably the most logical explanation.

Silva goal was a BT Saturday lunchtime game and presumably there are no goals from BT coverage in the selection.

Aguero goal at QPR was brilliant but probabbly shouldn't have been allowed.

You presume wrong. The Sanchez goal Vs City was shown and that was a 12.45 kick off on BT Sport.

Aguero goal at QPR was brilliant but probably shouldn't have been allowed.
Wow, there's some straw clutching going on here.

Any reason why the Aguero one vs Sunderland (a) wasn't shown? Was it scored in the wrong minute?

Yes and why did you not comment on the context of it? Because you posted on the Agenda thread, highlighting that 2 city goals (Which I agreed should have been listed) were not included in the top twenty, inferring this omission was relevant to the agenda debate. But was not prepared to offer as a counter balance they described a City player as World Class, would get in a world eleven, and was the best player in the Premiership.

If you are honest 'Aguero finally gets a mention' to anyone not watching the show would suggest he was a side issue, an afterthought not two pundits eulogising over what a wonderful player he was. But if you cannot see that their is little further to debate.
