The first photo is from This is England. I’ve watched it more than once but can’t bring to mind the band(s) in it. Might have been a bit of ska/2 tone and probably punk/ Sham 69 style?

To be fair this band is not on the This is England soundtrack although the lead singers other band is.
The film Bob Hoskins is in is the better clue along with the food picture.
