We have absolutely no idea what City have bid, whether we have bid at all or whether said bid, if it exists has been accepted or is being considered, or how much it is/might be/isn't if add ons are involved etc.

So we don't know whether we have bid and if we have bid we can't be sure who its for and in the unlikely event we have bid we have no idea how much we have bid, so we have no idea if the bid will be successful even if we have bid. okay.
