It shouldn't really matter if Sheikh Mansour rates him or not. If Guardiola doesn't feel he is good enough then we should be looking for another keeper.
 
If we don't get Kroos/Thiago plus Augbameyang then it's a poor window.... If who we're linked with stones, Nolito, sane, Townsend, Perez just squad fillers...

If he doesn't now he will Karen. He won't catch the ball from the corner and his distribution is shit although some will argue it's because we lack height and physicality. True but still shit. He's my Joe though. Legend for me but it's pretty agitating at times.

No. it's because Rulli rejected us. And because of that clause, i suspect the club is planning on signing him in the near future. if he hadn't rejected us, we'd have a 24 year old keeper challenging Hart.

yep couldn't agree more. Guardiola is good but we need a few game changers coming into the starting 11 next season. I reckon it will be Nolito,Stones,Sane,Gundogen and a left back and that will be it. Good but nowhere near good enough for where we want to go.

That as well, although I didn't know about the clause. So we're gonna buy him next year and piss him off? Wasn't there some guy, I dunno, eder? or something that was supposedly good and kept hinting that he wanted to come?

Say City are trying to whittle down leaks, they release a bunch of different names to different people they have different reasons to suspect. One of the names suddenly appears on a forum. Some hack journalist looking for the next thing to slag city fans comes on here and starts reporting it and the one name finds its way into the mainstream news, if that happens with a single name City know who's leaked it and they're out of the loop from then on or worse, out of a job.


It sounds daft but we're talking high stakes business and City don't like leaks these days so it''s better safe than sorry

Before anyone kicks off at me, I love this forum and the good and bad it provides but this is in my opinion is utter gash and the similar replies, the names of every possible quality footballer has been mentioned discussed and has a thread about them, how can a thread for example over 3500 pages long on pogba not scupper a high stakes deal if this was him we were discussing, but one random "I know who it is post and dare not tell", have even an smidge of scuppering a deal. I get the notion of not declaring where the info came from, but to not give the name of the player who undoubtedly has a long thread already is frankly bizzare.
