The battle for 4th place

I think this season's disappointment has put Mancini's tenure in a little more context, and for me, I'm struggling to see much improvement on the pitch, and the seeming mutiny behind the scenes has now been replaced by sheer apathy. I'm not sure which is better - players who shout and moan about the manager, or ones that just can't be bothered!

It will be a blessed relief if we manage to secure top 4. If we don't - it'll certainly tarnish Pellegrini's tenure.

This season should have so much more... new stand and some big name signings should have been the perfect foundation for stepping up to the next level. A missed opportunity by anybody's reckoning.

Everytime they mention Leicester and Champions - I hope Pellegrini feels ashamed, or at least a little uncomfortable - poor tactics, poor selection, lack of motivation, I could go on and on and on, still on the bright side only 8 more days to go and counting !!

Someone earlier asked why West Ham v United is on Tuesday. Sky have two matches to fit in that were rearranged from some time back due to cup ties and are showing the first this Tuesday (as United and West Ham both played today) and Liverpool v Chelsea on Wednesday (as Liverpool play tomorrow due to being in the Europa last Thursday).

Haven't they got another one in a couple of weeks time?
I think they'd rather have top4 though don't you? Plus you can have more than one cup final... #usual player soundbite "every game is like a cup final from now till the end of the season".
