The big clearout!

Not if we sell Sergio.
The thing with Aguero is it seems pretty much up to him as far as I can see. He has said for a while when he finishes his contract he is going back to Argentina, so two more seasons. If he decides to leave he would have to sign somewhere for 3-4 years at least for us to get a decent fee. He may decide he is better served staying with us for two years then going home.
Even if rotated I think he would play 30 plus games for us in a season Jesus can play wide to rest Sane and Sterling.

Totally agree this is at least a two season rebuilding job. However, I am not as convinced as others that there will be as big a clear as some think. In addition, I will be interested to see how much will be invested given how much we have invested before. More importantly I would really like to hear what Pep's strategy is for introducing the academy players when they are ready. Fed up of other clubs bringing through their 'starlets' through why not us?

Perhaps they're not yet ready or not good enough to play in a team that's in transition.

Pep loves good, young hungry players but they've got to tick all three boxes.

I'm with you mate I also think ten is far fetched , a specialist CB, Keeper, L & a RB , box to box DM and another AM , Maffeo back up RB , think Kolorov will survive to step in at LB or CB.

Ten in one window is far far too much , too much distruption, will take two windows to sort that squad out.
I have said it many times before on various threads we need to buy in quality. It is insane to suggest that we can get 10 players of the required standard in a single window.
I think it will be 4/5 in 8/9 out and a few promotions from the academy and return of a couple on loan. Then complete the rebuilding process in the summer of 2018.
We need a keeper or return of Hart(Not going to happen), A top class CB rare as the proverbial Rocking Horse!, Two full backs and a replacement for YaYA.
That will set us back about 180M.
Out. Delph, Clichy, Yaya, Sagna, Navas and possibly two or three of Fernando,Nolito, Nacho, Zabba and Kolorov although he may survive due to his ability to play(kind of) two defensive positions.

Oh I forgot to Mention Vinny. Don't think he has future at City (not on the pitch anyway) sadly.

I just hope we don't start thinking we have to keep a few just because we think too high a turnover will affect consistency.

Just get rid of all the deadwood and let Pep build HIS team next season.

I have to say, that from the mood music in the Spanish press, I think Sergio will go to Real and Isco will come to us. That said, if Txiki has anything to do with it we will pay them £10m or so as a top up fee.
Kind of sad but the way we are playing we need a striker who can hold the ball up who can head the ball. That said I'm sure Sergio could play out on the left if required to.

I get the feeling Hazard is Madrid's first choice but if they cannot obtain him they will go for Sergio.
