The big clearout!

Out

Bravo - Has had a quality career but has been awful for us and we need to cut our losses ASAP. I thought we were mental paying that much for a keeper his age. Buying back Rulli makes too much sense.
Hart - Club legend but it seems inevitable he'll be sold, especially as we can get a solid return for him.
Zab - Another legend but he's lost his legs even though he's typically been alright this season. Could do well in a slower paced league
Yaya - Done well this season but he's generally been a headache for a while now and his lung-bursting runs don't exist anymore. Still has those odd games where he puts fuck all effort in like against Liverpool where he looked knackered and a liability.
Vinny - Honestly I'd keep him on but I imagine Pep has already resigned himself to life without him.
Navas - Good squad player for us but he's very limited and out of contract.
Sagna - Another player I wouldn't mind keeping as backup RB for one more season. Been very solid his entire time with us.
Fernando - Never rated him and maybe the most limited midfielder we've had since the takeover.
Delph - Another guy who doesn't do much and is taking minutes away from the likes of Garcia.
Clichy - Been poor for a while now.
Mangala - I thought he was actually ok for us but we need to flog him.
Bony - Same. Sell him ASAP.

Out on loan

Iheanacho - I think he has world-class potential and has an unbelievable instinct for goalscoring and positioning. His first touch is poor but can be improved. He won't get a shot here right now with Jesus and Aguero so a loan to a quality French or Spanish team would be good for him.

Maybe Keep

Willy - Depending on whether Pep actually wants to give Gunn a go or not. If not, keep Willy.
Tosin - I would still try to resign him but there's a lot of bollocks going on there so it seems like he's gonna leave.

Guys out on loan

Roberts - KEEP - I think he has fantastic potential and could take the place of Navas on the squad. He'll probably have to work on his defensive responsibilities in order to please Pep but he should be given a go.
Mooy - SELL - Technically great and is one of the best Championship players but he's a poor athlete and a low-tier Prem team would pay a decent bit for him.
Denayer - KEEP - I really think he has loads of potential and has been mostly unfairly maligned for his Sunderland stint. Got sent to a fucking shit situation and was played at CDM until after January. He had a string of good performances and admittedly has been mostly poor since, but he was easily Van Dijk's equal at Celtic when he was 19, had fantastic performances against Atletico playing RB for Gala and France for Belgium. I think he has enough flexibility to be a squad player here, certainly. Wouldn't be any worse than Fernando as a defensive mid.
Angelino - LOAN - Has had a choppy season so send him out again.
Maffeo - KEEP - I'm really high on him and think he could be the backup RB next year. If Pep doesn't think he's ready however, another loan to Girona who will be in La Liga next season would be a great spot for him.
Ntcham - LOAN or SELL - Another guy I'm big on but wouldn't get near the squad atm. Hasn't played enough for Genoa but has showed spurts once again since coming back. The talent is there, the consistency isn't yet. If we could get a solid loan for him again where he plays or a sale with a Barca-style buyback clause, either would be good.
Unal - LOAN - Been great this season. Give him a loan to a better league next season.
Zinchenko, Moreno - LOAN - Both haven't played enough, although Zinchenko is clearly further ahead in his development.
Celina - LOAN - He's come out of nowhere from being almost a definite sell candidate to being on of Twente's best players. Give him another year.

Totally agree this is at least a two season rebuilding job. However, I am not as convinced as others that there will be as big a clear as some think. In addition, I will be interested to see how much will be invested given how much we have invested before. More importantly I would really like to hear what Pep's strategy is for introducing the academy players when they are ready. Fed up of other clubs bringing through their 'starlets' through why not us?

Realistically speaking, loook at the league and mention the starlets playing consistently? Everton have Davies (not sure if that's his name) playing as they have old midfield players. Top 5 sides, no one. Hmm, Spurs, Kane. Alli came from MK. If young players are used in the smaller teams it's only because of lack of funds and not enough good players. Midtable, who again? Stoke? Never heard of one their own on the pitch. Brom? Once in a very blue moon. Leicester? Gray that was bought hasn't been played much. United play Lingard and Rashford. However, all under LVG. Rare games for them under Mourinho bar injuries which force them to play. Probably only Southampton have used their academy players the most in recent years. However, they get pinched by the bigger clubs. If you think about it, City have been ok in the youth department. Not great but just ok. Kelechi took over when Agueor was out for spells. Garcia has featured. Even Brahim has had a shout. Nonetheless, it's still not great. It's difficult to implement youth players easily these days because of the amount of money in football. It's a damned if you will, damned if you don't situation.

If Pep plays and they don't play well or lose, he was wrong for playing them. If older players are not performing, and we have young players that can do it better, he doesn't give youth a chance. It's just a shame in general. Talented kids waiting in the wings. I think Pep will get the axe out this summer. He couldn't do everything last summer. He knows more about the club, players, etc. He'll probably implement as he sees fit. Nonetheless, I understand where you're coming from

Bye bye Clichy, Zabba (legend), Sagna, Yaya, Navas, Nolito, fernando, kolarov

Hello hendrichs (lb), Mendy (rd), bonnuci, isco, carvalho, fabinho, lukaku

The only players I want to see starting next season that have played in the last 4 games are Kompany (fully fit), Stones, Silva, Kev (further forward), Sterling and Sané. We need to bring in absolute top quality at a prime age in both full back positions, holding midfield and in goal as well as a top notch centre half to cover Vinny's inevitable absences before so much as even looking at other positions, even if we spend the entire budget plus income from sales on those 5 players.

Spot on, but knowing us we'll continue with our quantity over quality approach that's served us so well these past few years.

I fucking hope not, we have Dinho, Garcia, Maffeo, Kolarov, Otamendi, Delph, Nolito, Unal and Roberts there as well as Gunn if we need backups, I'll lose the fucking plot if we start signing projects or squad players again.

Mate, We signed Roberts for £12m in 2015 and passed up on Alex Sandro for £18m. We're a fucking mess in the market and we never push for top names. It's projects as you say or squad fillers.

This summer has to be top class players who can actually help us bridge the gap to the likes of Bayern etc.

And people think Aguero doesn't contribute enough to the overall game to fit Pep's style, we're going to bring in Lukaku? No chance. Perfect fit into the rags hoof football though, way more so than Griezmann.

I like the rest of your list, though.
