Truly. I'll also note the band name itself is a joke (note the umlaut over "Oyster") and they once titled a record Cultosaurus Erectus (with another pointless umlaut over the o). I personally think they're pretty underrated. Thought of as metal or "hard rock" somehow but they did pop songs IMO.

Good comparison, two pieces of comedy that developed their own cultural heft. Jon Favreau admitted that once he'd cast Walken as King Louis in the 2016 version of The Jungle Book, they changed the prop that Mowgli uses to attract King Louis's attention to be a cowbell !
