I'm really sorry to say it, but the big Bosnian is not good enough for a full season in the premier league. Thanks for your efforts lad (and the goal today was amazing), but we need better strikers next year, he just doesn't do this often enough.

No need to get on your high horse, Edin scored a good goal at an important part of the game, but that's his job ffs.He does not do it consistently enough, for me.

What about his shot in front of goal, that ended up being a throw in?

He did really well I thought tbh. Put us right on the front foot because he was a different option. He's took a lot of stick this season, some fair, some unfair for me. But that's all forgotten now. He was the Horlock, his goal brought some belief back, and led to unbelievable scenes

He has been disappointing but he seems to have the knack of getting some incredibly important goals. He got one late against Notts Co whe we neede onelastseason and we all know how that turned out. He got a reallyimportantgoal against Blackburn in last seasons run in, and without CL football would we have signed Kun?

That knack of chipping in really significant goals is basically what you want in striker, for all that he can be frustrating at times.

I spent a few minutes earlier trying to find his goals per minute ratio and all that (% shots on target and so on).

If you have a problem with Edin, you have a problem with Aguero and especially Mario.
