The Boxing thread

Think Jacob's will try and step on Canelo like in the Quillin fight, easier said than done. Canelo not known as a fast starter so will be interesting to see how they set up 1st rnd. That said, thought Ak would go straight at Crawford who tends not throw his hands early. Khan was a mile off speed wise and bud stepped in. Canelo v Jacob's is a great match up, let's hope its scored fair if it goes to the cards.
 
Have to say, I love that Sky have started putting full fights(re-runs) on youtube, Daniel Roman vs TJ Doheny was a good watch that I might have missed.
 
Jacobs better do something nobody's ever done and KO Canelo because there's no way he's winning on points.
 
Apparently Jacobs has missed his weight on the same day weigh in, fight still going on though.

4.30 at the earliest probably. Jacobs has a big weight advantage apparently so he may have a fighter's chance.
 
I was pissed watching that but I thought Canelo looked in control for most of it(will watch again),there will be the usuals saying Jacobs was either robbed or was no good to begin with but really everyone needs to start appreciating how good that lad is. Even if he is a "ginger nob". Really like Jacobs though full credit to him, great fighter up against one of the best in the game.
