With respect I don't think you can say Frampton vs Molitor was 50-50. Molitor was a hired punching bag. Carson Jones was supposed to be cannon fodder for Brook aswell but he made a right meal out of it. His last fight was also against a complete unknown, who was only marginally credible because he had a decent KO ratio against complete nobodies.

The Steve Molitor of 3 years ago would have beaten Frampton, Molitor was tailor made and is a shot fighter.

Wow wow wow. Frampton didnt give Molitor a chance. So to call Molitor shot is a bit unfair in my opinion. Framptons preformace last fight was good. Tailor made not too sure but its a better quaility fight for Frampton to have compared to anyone who Quigg has boxed so far and in a shorter space of time. Frampton has called out Quigg time and time again. Also Kiko Martinez has avoided Frampton as well. Hes got power and good boxing skills a lot of fighters are avoiding him as he is a dangerous fighter for those to take on. Frampton v Martinez is made again as far as I know but It wouldnt shock me if Kiko pulls out again.

I don't think Molitor is shot, but he was hardly impressive against Jason Booth who was fighting 2 weights too high.

I think the Molitor fight gave Frampton a 'name' on his record, and the chance to impress - which he did. But I don't think it gives us a better indication of just who is the top man from Frampton, Quigg and Munroe.

Quiggs running from Frampton years. Munroe will take care of him when they fight.

Yeah he's annoying but also quite entertaining with it i think. He obviously reminds everyone of Mayweather but he's more aggressive so obviously he takes a few more shots in return. He's exciting. He's still not the finished article yet. He was lucky against De Leon not so long ago. But yeah he looks a stand out. Imagine him in with Ricky Burns? Haha oh dear.

@Leighton, of course Molitor was shot. Anybody who had eyes who watched the fight can tell you that he's finished as a fighter. At this stage of his career, Frampton wouldn't have been in with him if there was any remote possibility that Molitor had enough left to cause him any great danger. He was looking for a way out before he even saw what Frampton had in his locker.

Leighton you will see on Saturday how good Quigg is!
In the best shape of his career and I expect a close fight but a clear Quigg victory on points.

Disagree mate, I don't think Quigg is running from anyone. The lad is talented, fit and would fancy his chances. As would Frampton.

Whether or not the promoters want to make the fight at this stage is a different matter though.

Ono a bit harsh on Molitor 3 fights ago he boxed for a World title and lost on points to Ndlovu he won his last fight leading into the Frampton fight its not as if he was on a losing streak. At 32 he still has time to fight on. Lacks real power but I think your being extremely harsh on the lad. Frampton is the complete fighter in my eyes. I done him to be a World Champion by the end of 2013 or 2014 a few years ago thats how highly I rate this kid. How long have I been harping on about him in this tread alone. The lads a extremely talented fighter and I look forward to watching him fighting.

Well his trainer has avoided Frampton his trainer knows Quigg inside out and has always avoided the Frampton fight. Frampton has been calling him out for years that he wants the fight yet it seems Quigg is running scare of the fight with Frampton. Hell Quigg got dropped in the fight before Munroe. Frampton has power and can box off the back foot if need be Quigg is not in his league in my view.

Take Munroe at the weekend to win at big odds.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/boxing/article-2236199/Hector-Macho-Camacho-Former-boxing-champion-condition-shot.html#ixzz2CsHhWdqL" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/boxing ... z2CsHhWdqL</a>

Former world boxing champion Hector 'Macho' Camacho was shot in the face as he sat in a car outside the Puerto Rican capital yesterday.
Doctors said he was in serious condition and longtime friend and former manager Ismael Leandry has revealed his condition has worsened and he could be taken off life support.

Leandry says that doctors are waiting for Camacho's mother to decide whether he should be taken off life support. She was expected to arrive Wednesday morning at San Juan's Centro Medico from the US mainland.
Another man in the car, whose believed to be a friend of the 50-year-old, died in the attack in which at least one gunman opened fire on their vehicle in the city of Bayamon, according to a statement from police.

Camacho was rushed to Centro Medico, the trauma center in San Juan, where he was initially in a critical but stable condition, Dr. Ernesto Torres, the hospital director, told reporters.
The bullet apparently struck him in the jaw but exited his head and lodged in his right shoulder and fractured two vertebrae, Torres said.
The doctor said the boxer, who was trailed by drug and alcohol problems during a career that included some high-profile bouts, could be paralyzed from the shooting.
'Camacho's condition is extremely delicate,' he told Telenoticias. 'His physical condition will help him but we will see.'
No arrests have been made in the shooting, police said.
Originally, Camacho representative Steve Tannenbaum said he was told by friends at the hospital that the boxer would make it.
'This guy is a cat with nine lives. He's been through so much,' he said. 'If anybody can pull through it will be him.'
The fighter's last title bout came against then-welterweight champion Oscar De La Hoya in 1997, a loss by unanimous decision.

Tannenbaum said he was going to fight two years ago in Denmark until his opponent pulled out and that they were looking at a possible bout in 2013.
'We were talking comeback even though he is 50,' he said. 'I felt he was capable of it.'
Camacho was born in Bayamon, one of the cities that make up the San Juan metropolitan area. He won super lightweight, lightweight and junior welterweight world titles in the 1980s.
Camacho has fought other high-profile bouts in his career against Felix Trinidad, Julio Cesar Chavez and Sugar Ray Leonard.
Camacho knocked out Leonard in 1997, ending what was that former champ's final comeback attempt.

While arresting him on the burglary charge in January 2005, police also found the drug ecstasy.
A judge eventually suspended all but one year of the sentence and gave Camacho probation. He wound up serving two weeks in jail, though, after violating that probation.
Twice his wife filed domestic abuse complaints against him, and she filed for divorce several years ago.

I had Munroe in the first fight, but Quigg looked like he might have had his number in the few rounds it lasted. Difficult to tell if Quigg would have been able to do that over 12 though.
