I thought Saunders could KO Lee. Nearly finished it. As long as he get's super fit, he's going to be a good champion for years to come.

If BJS stopped gassing half way through a fight hes technically better then any of them

The Quillin fight Lee was unlucky with 1 of the knock downs and argueable should of won that fight. Disappointed in Lee as he didnt do enough. The 3 round killed him fighting a uphill battle after that. Think they might do a rematch. Andy beat Kordoba who BJS had first shot against but bottled it so Andy steps in and wins the title. I think the fight would be good Andy keeps his gloves up there is nothing between the 2 fighters. Even with that 3rd round Andy got a draw from 1 judge thats good. So BJS isnt that great neither is Andy but Andy is the 1 who has been in with everyone and hasnt ducked anyone thats why he got beaten 3 times no harm in it. Andy might have 1 more chance get the BJS rematch and its a tight fight. Cant see BJS or Warren letting him near CEJ or GGG no chance. He is open to a Blackwell fight too. So many pull outs for this build up for the fight too it would of been a long long training camp but its a shame Andy lost he still has a lot of options and fights in him Lee as he is likeable but will he win back a World Title again I am not too sure if the BJS rematch doesnt happen I dont think he will. But they cant take that off of Lee as being a World Champion.

Hearing Adam Booth talking about the Lee v BJS fight he wants Lee to trade with BJS and he says Lee is one of the best fighters he has seen trading in punches and its mainly to do with Lees power. I think Lee if he wins he wins by KO. BJS seems to gas a lot in fights for some reason. Some would argue that Chris Eubank Jnr won the fight with BJS when they boxed so close that fight was. I think a Lee win sets everything up. Blackwell is in my opinion a under rated fighter who could shock a lot of people and win a World title in my opinion. Warren fucked up if the fight isn't a sell out. They could of sold it out in Dublin or anywhere in Ireland with no problems but the support isn't there for the fight in UK. Lee will bring over so many from Ireland just the timing is wrong on so many fronts to have it so close to Xmas is crazy.
So my prediction for what its worth is Lee by KO in the 9th round.

I dont think they shelved it because of poor ticket sales as there was a injury to 1 of the fighters more so. They were planning to do it in Limerick but Lee got a cut to eye in his fight with Peter Quillan so that Limerick fight never got the go ahead. They had plans of getting Katie Taylor on that under card too. So because it was going into the colder months the stadium fight never happen so Warren was always going to have Lee v BJS fight in the UK no matter what people say a world title fight would of sold out anywhere in Ireland with Andy Lee headlining.

Lee has a huge appeal in Ireland he would of sold about 15 thousand tickets in Limerick without a doubt and would of sold out the 3 arena in Dublin for the fight at ease as it holds about 10'000 tops not as big as the attendance in the MEN. Irish boxing is booming and Andy has done a lot for boxing in Ireland. He is a gent of a man goes to watch a lot of local fighters and will always stop to sign a autograph and take a picture with kids and fans. Not the type to talk bad on people but in my opinion thats a good thing. Irish boxing is getting stronger and stronger I look up to the talent up in Belfast alone its jammed packed. Carl Frampton , Ryan Burnett , Jamie Conlon and within 6 months you can add 2 Olympians to that list in Michael Conlon and Paddy Barnes too who will turn pro after the Rio games. Also keep a eye on Tommy McCarthy as a Cruiserweight he will go far looks good since going pro.

What do you think of Jason Quigley mate? Also Butler vs Conlon in the works how do you see that one going?

Jason is going down the right route. He could of joined any gym in or around the UK and Ireland and he took the brave move to go off to the US. You look at all of the Irish World boxing champions they all went out to the US. Wayne McCullough , Steve Collins , Benard Dunne all started out there out in the gyms in the US learning there trade. I am excited about Jason with a good promotion with Golden Boy and will get pushed along. IF anything out of all the ams that turned pro recently he might get to a World title before the rest of them. The middleweight division is jammed packed with talent. GGG the standout is destroying everyone. Hopefully he moves up to Super Middleweight soon. Then the talent left is still strong. I think they wont push him too quick and hope GGG moves up I could see him going in with Chris Eubank Jnr within 18 months think it be a good fight but wouldnt be shocked if they wait longer. He needs to be tested more so that will happen next years.
Butler v Conlon be a good fight Conlon is good but no where near the level of Butler. Who I think will have too much for Conlan I think Jamie might be the more powerful puncher of the 2 so has a chance just think Butler has been in with the better level of fighters and looked better. Think both would be beaten by Kal Yafai who i think will be winning a World title within 16 months. Matchroom need to move him on sooner the better as hes a classy fighter.
