if the Haye v Bellew rematch dont happen i be shocked with Haye getting the win this time setting up a third fight. Some good fights to be made. Interesting to see that Lee Selby left Hearn as his promoter during the week meaning he can go and do a deal with anyone from Frampton , LSC who has been advised not to take the 3rd fight after 2 good fights in the US between him and Frampton. As for Quigg Hearn could well match him better. With him with Roach the fight against Simion is him in with a European level fighter and Hearn wants it as a elminator for a Leo Santa Cruz fight. Really if money talks and he gets the shot against LSC Hearn has earned his moneys worth. So again this featherweight division for me has some interesting fights that could well be made. Gary Russell Jnr . LSC . Frampton , Selby and Mares could all end up fighting each other in the coming years some really good fights. Also I just hope Russell Jnr sorts out a fight asap as he hasnt boxed in a year.

As a boxing fan do you want to see it? I suppose it did garner the attention of the casual(not for the right reasons but money is money) and more fights could be billed on the back of this on the undercards.

Russell was due to fight Oscar Escando few wks ago but OE injured his back in training and withdrew. Not sure if he's been injured or just inactive through choice since he beat Hyland. I think Russell jnr is desperate for another shot at Lomachenko. As much as i rate him VL is different class.

Yeah as all the bullshit i heard from people slatting Haye for the Klitschko fight the guy injured himself where it look baring injury he would of went on to win that fight. Since he had surgery so yeah i would love to see Haye back and fighting think he is in the right gym with the right people around him. IF Shane would of pulled him out injured after it happend maybe it would of saved Haye but Hayes a hard man and is a great fighter

Yeah i dont like to see fighters out for so long between fights Ring rust is always going to be a issue. I dont mind the elite fighters fighting maybe 2 to 3 times a year is grand with me but to be inactive is the worst of the lot. I think for Russell Jnr some great fights in the featherweight division. Lomachenko at the moment is in a dull division for me. The lad thats fighting Liam Walsh is a talent i am looking forward to see in big fights Gervonta Davis seems to be able to bang but need to see how he does in the big fights..

I can see Lomachenko moving up or dropping back down if he can still do the weight for the bigger fights. My ideal Lomachenko fight next would be against Mikey Garcia at lightweight think that would be a brilliant fight to see. A real test for Lomachenko.

Agree i think Lomachenko will move up in weight. I also think bellew will announce his retirement after his jollies. Maybe wrong, but that would leave Haye out in the cold and not what he wants.
 
I'm going to the boxing straight after City on Saturday. Are football colours a no no?

Was reading an article today on Bad Left Hook, apparently Haye has been approached about a fight with ufc star Jimi Manuwa. I've no idea who JM is as i don't follow ufc. Haye hasn't dismissed this as an option. Ffs.

Jimi Manuwa is a top 5 contender in the UFC, doing really well at the minute got massive KO power. Think he has seen the figures Mayweather/Mcgregor is producing and fancied it. Personally it's completely pointless as like you said you don't know who he is unlike someone like Mcgregor.
