Agreed.

I'm not sure if Itaumas will last the spell at heavyweight. He's 19!

Much rather he dropped down to Cruiser and built up his game ready to dominate the heavy. I think his current track is faulty and not savvy for longevity at the minute. It looks great now but when he, inevitably, gets sparked, his confidence will go.

He's no Tyson, at that age, but he has the markings of a Holyfield.

Not a bad idea going to Cruiserweight for him. I was wondering how he could progress his career as he's clearly way too good for the journeymen at heavyweight but you also don't want to throw a 19 year old to the Wolves. Could take a leaf out of Aspinalls book in MMA, he resisted the early hype and slowly rounded out his skills and gained experience slowly fighting better and better fighters and now he looks set up for a long long reign at the top.

I totally agree. I saw Dubois early on and he looked great. then he stagnated and then looked awesome against Joshua! To me, it's like he's rebooted his thought process in the game.

Unless Usyk moves better than he did against Fury, I think Dubois will win. I know I'm moving ahead to that fight, but I just don't think Parker will beat Dubois in this new version.
I like dubios but usyk will make adjustments and easily dismantle him if they fight as Parker could well be the champ by then

Yes, exactly the trajectory he needs. Aspinall and Holyfield are excellent examples.

He, either, wants to get rich quick or wants to reign supreme. Sure he can do both, but it's super rare that that can happen.

Yes, it's interesting but Usyk isn't getting any younger even if his IQ remains.

Dubois is still learning and growing in confidence as he gets older.

It will be an interesting matchup... should it happen, but I think it will.

Lewis would definitely beat both at his best but you're right he doesn't give most if any an easy fight but this version of Lennox Lewis, in the fight totals below absolutely batters both of them, with no question about it whatsoever on that night he's miles ahead of both...

Lennox Lewis in that first fight against Holyfield nearly landed more in just power punches alone, than either Usyk or Fury landed in total during both these fights...

He was far more well conditioned than both of these guys in a much stronger era to suggest otherwise would be a joke, he hit with more accuracy and power than anybody Usyk has fought and had faster hands than Fury.
Fury despite losing both fights very fairly caught Usyk with a few clean uppercuts in that first fight, those uppercuts are meat and drink to Lewis he'd have dominated the centre of that ring, he'd also pulverised Usyk with those shots even if he had the toughness to pull through.

He's got a great entertaining style Usyk and it's a throwback to more well rounded heavyweight fighters of the past, despite really liking him though he's nowhere near the greatest heavyweights who've ever lived.

Usyk definitely struggled with energy against Daniel Dubois after he went to the body before Dubois then took that knee, this is despite Dubois himself before that fight having question marks over his own conditioning.
Chisora on Usyk's debut at heavy gave him problems to the body and drained him a fair bit even if it was one sided, he's great to watch but the thing is Usyk just stands out amongst a load of slow plodders nowadays.
Against serious pressure fighters of the past like Joe Frazier or Rocky Marciano tough guys who didn't care about taking a few digs to hurt their opponent, guys who cut the ring off expertly and don't stop punching to the body, in my view Usyk wouldn't do well and certainly appear more tired and unable to move as well.

It's bizarre to say this after seeing his torso but Fury is comfortably the most well conditioned fighter (stamina), that Usyk has fought at Heavyweight that's how much the division has tanked.

There's no question that he's a great boxer technically and aesthetically pleasing to watch Usyk, but Lennox Lewis and Larry Holmes would dominate him with their jabs alone they were both better conditioned too, Ali is better at absolutely everything but despite saying what I've said Usyk is still a great fighter, I'd rank him as probably holding his own in most eras but he's not as great as many people would have you believe though.
Foreman, Ali, Frazier, Norton. All best Fury. All beat Usyk.

Dubois is as thick as shit and any power punching ability will be negated by his lack of basic intelligence it’s not a given he will beat Parker who is underrated

Apart from the obvious fight with Joshua, I can’t really see many options going forward for Fury. If that fight goes ahead, and Joshua beats him (which I think he would, it would have to be the end of the road for Fury, shirley? He's 36 now (not quite Mike Tyson territory, but that was ludicrous), time for the Sanatogen multi-vitamins and the Werther's Originals.
Logan Paul V Fury

He'll go for whoever offers the biggest cheque
