The Boxing thread

Isn't it Tyson Fury's fight tonight as well? Does anyone know when this one is scheduled to start? I was hoping to watch both but they will more than likely clash.
 
Don't get me wrong mate, I like Brook, I think he's an all round better fighter too, if I was a betting man I'd go late stoppage or points in his favour, but I think this is a tougher test than many imagine, he could have fought other fighters at this stage and still retained much credibility, Jones is on a good run beating some fancied names and has a good all round game, for all Kell beating Hatton is great on a domestic front, in the grand scheme of things it doesn't cause much of a ripple, so on that basis I think it'll be tough.

That's my thoughts anyway mate, now watch him knock Jones out in a few rounds lmao.

I am guessing he will be in the ring at about 11pm then tonight normally have a undercard fight. So Kell Brooks fight should be on before the Fury fight. Sadly Fury is fighting a bum since the Chisora fight he has boxed bums and fighters past there prime. He should of been fighting either Price or Mike Perez by now.
 
Brook punched himself out in that 10th round. Be lucky if he can get his shots off needs to box more and move. The nose is busted but what a fight so far great. Love Matchroom for the fights they have put on. Froch v Bute and now this what a way to end the boxing until September.
 
Brook v Jones was one of the best fights I've seen in a while. Can see this kid going and getting the title now.
 
Well done Kell. Good fight and good hard fight. He needed that. I think if they get him in with a weak champion then Kell will win a World title. Put him in with Paulie Mallinagi and Kell will win the world title. Think the Hearns will get it sorted out for him.
 
Tremendous fight that thought Kell did just about enough with the tidier work throughout the fight, put it 1 way if I was him I wouldn't be too keen on that re-match.

On another note what the fuck is this on channel 5, a fat fucking wrestler fighting a guy with shorts round his tits!!!
