Annoying because I was really looking forward to this fight, think the European belt is still on the line against the replacement. Flanagan and BJS both in Mismatches too.Patterson out of the Williams fight as he received a brick in the face whilst out running. He's been replaced by some no mark from Eastern Europe. No I think there was a round in it either way but some of the rounds were tricky to score so I don't think the scoring was a disgrace or anything. Kovalev has himself to blame for taking his foot of the gas. Ward was there for the taking and he let him off the hook and back in.From another point of view then, do you think he was 3'rounds to the good??

Still can't get over that McDonnell travesty in Monte Carlo a couple of weeks ago.I watched the Ward Kovalev fight a couple of times now and still find it hard to call it. Kovalev started fast but threw it away in the middle rounds for me. Once Ward got into his rhytem he was picking off Kovalev at times. Its what people like. You either for the come forward boxer Kovalev or the smart boxer who used his boxing skills to box him after being knocked down. It was a good fight. As i said before if it went either way you could see why 1 round in it. There will be a rematch but the next time out I just dont see Ward gettting knocked down and will be more clinical and for me will win by a wider margin. Even if the judges was mixed. Kovalev claiming the judges were biased I dont agree seen worst home town decisions given to home town fighters.
