Yes, Dickov was the saviour and the perfect player ever, fuck Robinho, Dickov would run and run and run and that's all that counts, 11 Dickovs and we'd win the prem every year ever.

You are not very bright are you? Where did I say that? I simply stated that we all owe Paul Dickov a lot of thanks and to take the piss out of a player who loved and played his heart out for this club shows what a disrespectful idiot you are.

Robinho's attitude and consistancy is not what I would expect of a £32m player, and his lazy sulky performances are starting to annoy me. Look at Arshavin at Arsenal, has more pace, bottle and end product than Robinho.

What about Horlock? Goater? I mean we could go back to day one and say that we owe our lives to the bloke who built a church in Gorton but what's the point?

Yes Arshavin is better than Robinho and with that incredible insight you've proven yourself to be a complete fuck wit.

Robinho is one of the top three forwards to play for City in the last 30 years....

Francis,Robiho,Anelka.

Probably in that order.

I would love to see him in the middle with Boj,with Petrov on one side and SWP on the other....he's a class player and I would ask the haters who you would directly replace him with?

Baring in mind whoever you say would have to score a guaranteed 12 goals in their first 2 thirds of a season....
Not so easy is it?

Im ok with being able to critize robinho somewhat today, but to be fair, singling out any player today is bullshit, everyone was crappy crap more or less. Its clear robinho is struggling abit, just remember when he kicked the post after missing a great opportunity? He desperatly needs a goal, and it would be madness to start having a go at him already. And for Elano, poor guy, he will always be replaced no matter how he plays, and how crap the other players on the pitch are. Elano was by far the most dangerous player for city today, YES ITS NOT SAYING MUCH, but replacing him by etuhu? And you wonder why he is frustrated? Yes maybe he should have kept it to himself, but after a while I think its hard to keep a straight face.

Call me a masochist if you like but having read all sorts of interesting opinions here I have just watched the match again on tape and I watched it specifically to see how Elano played. The answer is he started reasonably well but tailed away badly.
He never ever got close to creating anything like a goal or even a chance , his tackling was a non event , his tracking/covering got worse and worse there was a chance he might get sent off as he was starting to look moody. Hughes recognised he was not cotributing at all so took him off.
