I'm not sure what relevance that has to the thread topic and discussion to be honest.
I don't think you need to be a billionaire but when is helping out deemed enough? If you have £3bn and give away £2bn, there will be people moaning about it not being £2.5bn.
Whether you buy a square on a football card for your kids team or build several state of the art hospitals, the act is enough.
Back to the topic at hand and not sure what relevance Bill has once again mentioning about the thousands of empty rooms for the UK's societal issues.
