So his behaviour unfortunatley does not suprise anyone, the fact he is out in public is bad enough, I mean people saying he should be in public because it was him mam is like saying Rose should have been allowed to go to Fred west funeral because they were married.

Having Andrew anywhere about does nothing to help the royals and charles at this time.
 
Queen Beatrice was the Netherlands' oldest reigning monarch at 75 when she abdicated. They seem to have more of an idea of being a progressive monarchy, and don't need 400 pantomine dames for a ceremony.
