The Carlos Tevez Thread (Merged)

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

What a strange collection of posts! But that's what Carlos does to you, and you're not even his team mate.

Again, I thought he's back to get fit and get sold, probably to Real Madrid.

However, things change. The manager might. Other forwards almost certainly will. Maybe, just maybe, Aguero has shown him the path to follow and how to keep his dummy in.

As has been said, all other teams fear him whatever his state of mind whereas they think Balo can be a threat but is generally a pantomime clown. Your enemies tend to know you best...

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

Ok hes been an arse but he is a brilliant footballer and so much better than Dzeko & Mario Red Card so YES ,YES & YES

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

I haven't read the full thread so apologies if thias has already been said.

I think RM should shoulder some of the blame for the Tevez incident, in my opinion he took the punishment too far and caused Tevez to see his arse and go on the golfing holiday, if he had not been so pig headed tevez would have played in a lot more matches and there is a good chance the title would be ours.

If he stays because he wants to not because no other club can afford him i will be more than happy

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

No. There are strikers just as good out there and with a lot less of the shit Tevez brings. Only be a matter of time before he brings up the "moving closer to my family" excuse again. Let him help us win the title then he can leave us as he arrived, a city hero.

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

I was really against bringing him back, but last night showed me what a class act he can be. We've really missed him, he doesn't stop working and he links up well with Serg, Silva and Nasri. He's always capable of scraping a goal from nowhere when the chips are down. If he keeps his mouth shut and carries on working, I'm all for him staying and playing out his contract.

So, in short... Its a YES from me.

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

If all is properly cleared between the club & Tevez & his representatives in the summer I'm all for it, he's the best player I've ever seen in a blue shirt and has the ability to single-handedly win us football matches.

Plus it would save us the job of offloading a big name player and replacing him.

No: 51 Yes: 57
