Jamie Redknapp - "I'm sure Pep wouldn't have wanted Bayern to win tonight". What a twattish thing to say.

Fair play to Bayern, that's twice now that they've won the year after being robbed by Chelsea 2012 and the Rags in 1999.

He's right though, Pep has a seriously hard act to follow now, with a lot of eyes on him to see if he can actually manage.

Shame Gotze was missing. Dortmund didn't seem to have much on the bench.

Ribery should have been off as well as Dante.

After this season, I think I will be keeping an eye out for Dortmunds result's. They and their manager have made a lasting impression on me.
That was the biggest difference between the two in the league this year. Dortmund just dont have the depth of Bayern.

It's true, though. Pep now has impossible expectations, yet in fairness a good squad to reach for those expectations.

He's also got a Super Cup, World Club Championship etc. I know it can be a distraction, but their squad can handle it.

I'd rather be taking over a team that won it, than one that had lost 3 finals in 4 years.

Pep took over from Rijkaard when they'd won everything and took Barca to a different level.
