The Championship thread...

There's a chance Brentford could sneak into the play offs on the last day of the season tomorrow so could end up in the premier league

Long way to go but we could end up with Bournemouth and Brentford in the premier league. Doubt anybody took a punt on that at the start of the season?!?

What a sorry state Derby were in today .
I can't see McLaren being in a job for much longer .

Sky will not be happy

Shortly after half-time, Blackpool supporters made their way onto the pitch and headed towards the centre circle.

Some fans released flares and began angrily chanting towards the Oyston family in the director's area, as tensions rose inside the stadium.

The scene soon became somewhat farcical, as one fan made their way onto the pitch to join the protest on a mobility scooter, while others broke out in a conga line as supporters continued to voice their frustrations.

Despite pleas from the referee to restart the match, the protesting fans stood firm and the match was eventually called off on safety grounds after over an hour of on-field protesting.

Watching Derby today was like watching us in the bad old days.

Big game.

Big crowd -lots of optimism.

Big fuck up.

Dissent in the crowd.

I got quite nostalgic

You have to wonder if the momentum would be with Brentford.

Boro will be a tough test for them but Norwich with their squad and experience you would probably have to fancy them overall.

We will see.
