The Championship thread...

I think the Bournemouth chairman was quite happy after the game;

"I can't wait to get to the Etihad next year and get three points".

Rag!

;-)

Bournemouth are going to be pretty much everyone's second team next season, they are for me and fair play to them.

Eddie Howe could be a top manager in the waiting, one to watch definitely.

Too early to say. He's seems made for Bournemouth. He didn't do so well at Burnley.

Eddie Howe laid the foundations at Burnley, He brought Ben Mee, Danny Ings and Kieran Trippier to the club so it's not surprising he has done a similar job at Bournemouth.

Interesting, I didn't know that.

His recruitment at Bournemouth has been very good.

Is it an advantage to the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea that nearly half of their away games will be close to London or a very short trip away. While for us half of our away games are London or even further than that?

Watford, Bournemouth coming up now, wonder if Wigan/Bolton came up would that be worse for the likes of Arsenal/Chelsea/Spurs?

He didn't get sacked he wanted to return to Bournemouth (who were struggling in League 1 at the time). Got them promoted to the Championship in that same season as runners up.

Rotherham two up against Reading with a few minutes to go.
If they win then Wigan and Millwall go down. Millwall will be no loss and Wigan don't have a leg to stand on.
