The effects were impreasive, elaborate at Leeds , clearly v risky at this new place as they included elements of fire, water and frankly a potential disaster on their hands. V poor.

I’ve compared it to new builds, too. Some of them are absolutely shite and are knocked up in moments and sold for big money. You’d have to be an absolute mug to buy a new build. That or be in your mid 20s, turkey teeth, fake Jordan missus on your arm and a Range Rover evoque.

Your Bro, might want to engage his shit hot brain a bit more, there will be zero air con units up in the air above, think about it, why would they put anything that would need constant maintenance high above? Bit of a clue....they wouldn't.
It's already been said it was a funnel that fell off, all that would be above would be ducting with funnels on to blow the air around the place, sounds to me like a cover fell off and they have used it as an excuse to get the place finished properly

You can see the A/C units on top of the building. Can't see one of them falling through the roof.
