He would of been through on goal, hence why it should be red.
No chance he would have got the ball before the keeper so not a red.
Even if he'd got the ball, when you're 40m from goal you could slip or trip or miscontrol it; making it just a POSSIBLE goal scoring opportunity rather than a DEFINITE.
Nowhere in the rules does it state it has to be a DEFINITE goalscoring opportunity, it states an obvious goal scoring opportunity, if your 40 yards from goal clean through you have an obvious chance to score.

....But as he didnt have the ball he didnt have any chance so yellow card was the right decsion.

Neymar and Busquets should be starring on broadway.
It frustrates me that much I often end up turning over, which frustrates me even more because I love football but I just can't stand the modern game anymore with all the bullshit.

This, I thought I was the only one. They are making a laughing stock of our game.

Another non booking for Brazil.
And then the fans have fallen into this bull shit, too. Too many have been overexposed to all the fairy-ness that's overtaken the game that beyond always moaning about "should have been a foul" "can't believe he got away with that" "what's the ref looking at?" "shoulda been a yellow" "shoulda been a red"

Man up, this is a man's game. I love seeing the players getting right stuck into each other, there's not enough of it in the game.

There's "getting stuck in" and there's scissoring someone from behind.

Omg Neymar. Embarassing

What bothers me is that he doesn't seem to think so. He's been playing at the top level for about 5 minutes and already labelled a pathetic diver.
I just can't take him seriously. I wish people would make a bigger deal out of it, but sadly it's accepted. He is one of those players with an attitude which is what is wrong with football today.

The Spanish do it, Messi does it, Ronaldo does it. On the continent deceiving the ref is an accepted part of the game.

Closer to home Bale does it and so does Young. Neymar is still a fantastic talent and he can get into any team on the planet.
I don´t consider Messi to be a cheat, other then that I agree with you.
