The Conservative Party

A serving MP doing that towards the public is a disgrace.

on the grand scheme of things it’s not that bad, it’s not sexual assault or watching tractor porn in Parliament, or bullying civil servants. Perhaps she was informing the crowd outside how many many of the government had resigned in the last 30 seconds?

Terrible for an MP that. Did she think she at a football match giving the finger to the away fans? Did it make the front page of any Tory rag? Thought not!

she kept on giving it out as she left too - here she is shouting at the assembled throng. The guy in the grey suit with a beard looks to be totally embarrassed and speeds up once out of the gate to put distance between himself and the screaming minister behind him

Not just an MP its the new MINISTER FOR EDUCATION - How can we instil discipline in kids in school if ultimately they can give the finger to the teacher and cite the actions of the Minister in mitigation for their actions?

Appalling behaviour, but she's the junior minister.
She's not the Secretary of State - that's Cleverly, a man to give any open post to by the look of things.

A real meeting of big brains there.

BBC Any Questions from Dorset, quite hostile to Johnson (and Rees-Mogg on the panel).

Any Answers making up for it with Tories dominating (though the researcher told me most callers were with the audience!)

Just listen to the first few minutes of this! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m0018xl0
Any Questions is superior to Question Time.

This episode is quite stark.

Rees-Mogg's lies drips off his tongue. He's literally being laughed at.

Kind of helps when the host doesn't talk all over the panel AND isn't getting messages in her ear all the time to shut down any anti govt policy.

Rees-Mogg getting roasted is worth a quid of anybody's money

So "No. 10" attacks Sunak. That used to be code for Cummings. Who is it now, or is this the Squatter himself?

Its very Moggian - listen to that Any Questions in full - where his schtick is starting to fail is because his obsession in trying to explain stuff in terms of Parliamentary procedures is simply to confuse and obfuscate - he wants the listener to switch off and be happy that the posh bloke "knows what he is doing ". His approach and answers are roundly heckled quite rightly.

Todays shenanigans in Sir Lanka are the product of people being unable to get to work to even earn a crust for the basics for their families. Rees-Mogg needs to take note because as fuel costs rise with the coming of autumn and food rises etc people on here may not be able to afford to get to work and are not averse to a bit of civil unrest here in blighty either.
