I want to hear the voice of the poor.
....... as it reassures me to know they exist and makes me feel superior to them - the unsaid bit from JRM
I want to hear the voice of the poor.
I feel that Redwood needs to review what "almost" means:
Anybody at the point that the anger has gone and it’s only about laughing at them now?
Probably sick of being Twatted back ;-)No - I remain angry but do laugh at them - I have an MP who has given up tweeting etc coz he knows he is fucked
That is despicable. I’m assuming that’s the one where Castle was trying to get the name but Knobhead wouldn’t give it, probably due to it being bullshit.I actually find them abhorrent.
Ps. For those of the Conservative persuasion, is this the Tory party that you know and vote for? For me, they are nothing of what the Tory values stand for. They are more UKIP, BNP, even NF in some cases.
That's very Trumpian. And very little media coverage as wellI actually find them abhorrent.

Rishi Sunak's five promises: What progress has he made? - BBC News
The prime minister said five priorities should be used to hold his government to account.www.bbc.co.uk
This one seemed to get buried at the bottom of the BBC politics page. Demonstrating that Rishi is currently batting 0 for 5 on his “5 promises”.
Which is hilarious, because when he first pitched them I thought “I don’t think you can realistically fail at any of those if you tried”. Things like bringing down inflation will happen via BoE intervention without any help from him.
He has set the bar as low as he possibly could and he’s still failing woefully to get over it. Like a dyspraxic salamander.
Aqueducts?I was thinking "what have the govt done to reduce inflation"
The previous Mayor was Andy Preston - a Conservative sailing under the flag of convenience as an Independent. He recently lost to Labour - whats the betting they try to blame this on Labour?
