The Conservative Party

Thought that was a spoof. It's not . Scary

The Guardian's comment is great:
At the afternoon lobby briefing some journalists were asking what was in the reshuffle for red wall voters. We have finally got an answer. Esther McVey, a rightwinger and former work and pensions secretary, has been made a Cabinet Office minister. And, according to a story by Harry Cole and Noa Hoffman for the Sun, she will be “common sense tsar” tasked with tackling “the scourge of wokery”.

God knows what that means, but the Sun seems to approve.

Hang on a sec, I thought that was from the Onion or something.

Fuck sake.

I think the ****’s got some serious brass neck.

Up to 2015 I thought that Cameron was a pretty competent and statesman like PM, even though I didn’t agree with his policies, but the subsequent damage he caused by holding (and spectacularly failing in) the referendum meant that whatever political capital he’d acquired had subsequently completely vanished, such was the extent of the catastrophe that he’d caused and continues to bear responsibility for.

The decline in this nation, or at least the precipitous extent of it, is ultimately down to him.

I thought his swift exit from office was a recognition of that, but clearly not.

Lastly, I’m not entirely sure, but I think that @TinFoilHat might think he’s a pig fucker. Can anyone else confirm this?

Be interesting to see how much Greensill gets reported on too.
