Very disheartening but obviously the local ULEZ issue made a difference. In all 3 constituencies less than 50% turnout. In a ballot for industrial action less than 50% turnout makes the result irrelevant by law. Democracy?

Tories will be hoping for low turnout for the GE as well. It's their best chance of staying In. If they can just put enough doubt in the minds of floating voters they have a chance to cling on like the unflushable turd they are.

If the other two results go as expected though what does that say? They will be sensational results proving the Uxbridge result a local issue. Take ULEZ out the Tories would have lost it

The speeches and a few anti ULEZ candidates on the ballot suggest that.

It will start Labour MPs arses twitching as that will be stick their London MPs will be beaten with by the Tories.
