.I agree with you. Climate change is here and some very tough decisions will have to be made to save the planet. We aren't gonna like them from the consumerist view but it will be the difference between living and extinction.

The extension to the ULEZ zone was announced 2 years ago.... there was no way that Khan could've known that there would be a by election in July of this year.

Between a rock and a hard place.... to have cancelled the extension would've been seen as being underhand and manipulative. .... and the Tories would've campaigned on that.
