The Conservative Party

I have a cousin who says her grandkids are fierce Labour activists. I just wonder how common that it. I think young people have a right to be angry, but I think many younger people take the view that voting changes nothing. (I can see where they are coming from.)

I am only counting the number who have been caught and forced to resign, and so the true number of Tory MP sexual deviants and thieves will be a lot higher, and in the range of 5% to 99%.

Just to be clear, that is not including this new date rape nipple licking Tory MP, because at this stage he has not had to resign!

For Labour it’s currently 11 out of 201 so 5.4%. Although nearly half for alleged racism which we know was a bit of a night of the long knives moment for Starmer and carried a whiff of ousting of lefties the party didn’t want to be associated with so I’d take those accusations with a pinch of salt.

And 2 more were suspended over racism then reinstated after some “reorientation training” - I guess they were more favourable to the Labour Party

I don't think we are comparing like for like,

If I remember correctly I was counting the number or Tory MP's forced to resign as MP's not just those losing the Tory Whip, and they were for sexual or financial impropriety. At the time there seemed to be a continuous stream of by-elections arising from sexual or financial scandal.

From your figures above the equivalent number is 2/201 = 1%.

That could be a great election slogan for Labour...

"Tories 4 times more likely to be perverts or thieves!"
