The Conservative Party

Whenever I see that mug I always wonder why I've never purchased a baseball bat!

"Our Party. New Labour. Our Mission. New Britain. New Britain. New Labour. New Britain. New Britain."

Tony Blair

"One reason I changed the Labour Party is so that we can remain true to our principles."

Tony Blair

From now on would people please stop talking about cults and sheep? The guy above pulled a massive con trick on the Labour Party and then on the country, we all know this, so let's move on.

Nope, you are a cult member and a sheep.

Socialism doesn’t work and won’t ever get in.

Time to grow up.

Merry Christmas though.

Strangely christ espoused a very socialist message when not god bothering ;-)

According to some fuckers 400 years after he (allegedly) existed. The church itself has always had more of an authoritarian and feudal mindset.

Another great bloke who could make a fantastic Labour leader.

David Miliband has bungled every political opportunity he's had, there is no evidence whatsoever of greatness about him.

You think he's great because of what he's not.

He's not Corbyn.

Here's an article Miliband wrote in the Guardian...

Corbyn has given up on Europe. For the good of Britain, we cannot...

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/dec/24/corbyn-given-up-europe-labour-brexit-vote

Who is this "we"?

You and he can engage in fantasy politics if you like, inventing Parties in your head.

Just don't expect to be taken seriously.

Merry Christmas and have a politically frustrating New Year.

The “we” is the general public and 80% of Labour members that want to remain.

A politically frustrating New Year for me means Brexit, is that what you want?

looks like another promising political career is about to be savaged by a stint at the Home Office. I am surprised nobody foresaw this eventuality as Brexit approached

Amazing isn't it? ...... with Brexit on the horizon and demands that Parliament reforms to take the votes on Mays deal turned down as being silly 40 people in rubber dinghies is declared a national crisis

Remind you of Trumps tactics ?

Someone pls explain why a relative small appearig party like the liberal democracts have 97 seats in the house of lords. I presume the liberal party used to be bigger once and lost a lot of ground? The relation between their representation in the house of commons vs the house of lords seems laughable.

The Queen is obviously fond of the Lib Dems.

The LDs tend to get around 10% of the popular vote so 97 seats in a chamber of 790 is not hugely disproportionate to the party’s support. As peers are appointed rather than elected and are there for life, it takes a long time for the proportions to change.
