Of course it will but I can tell you now that Labour are a million miles away and they’re not looking good for the next 10 years.
2035 is a long time away and they maybe need another horrific loss in 2024 so get rid of Momentum and become a sensible party again.

To be honest .... Im glad we're out of it.... this mess belongs to the Tories ..... if it becomes an absolute shit show (you know my opinion) then the Conservatives are doomed, unless they can convince the electorate that is all the fault of the Eu and the messaging is already singing that song.
If it becomes a huge success and we are all better off , get the sunny uplands and investment in the NHS that was promised then the Tories deserve to stay in power.

Don't get too excited mate.Johnson will announce that the date for the banning of all petrol, diesel & hybrid cars in the UK will be brought forward from 2040 to 2035. This is highly demanding and ahead of more or less all developed countries. Confounding predictions again.

Do you actually think that nothing will change until the date of the banning of these types of cars?
Johnson will be looking to be in power for the next ten years and well before the end of his second term in office the changeover will have to be underway. By say 2028 who will be buying a new petrol, diesel or hybrid car? How long do you think it will take car manufacturers to phase out production of these vehicles?

Tories warned repeatedly during the last 10 years by the Labour Party that changes to legislation had created a loophole allowing terrorists to be released after serving only half their sentence .... did nothing

I'm unsure if 2035 to ban those new cars is merely ambitious, or actually 'courageous' in Yes Ministerspeak.
Where is the infrastructure to charge cars going to get funded from? Going to cost a few pennies.
