Not sure you can blame all of those things on the Tories or see every budget cut as an unnecessary evil but there's definitely plenty of mistakes in there (from the Osborne era especially) and it's much better to see the political facts (or something approaching that) of the past 10 years than hear the usual spin and spiel about it.

Christ it likes when you do a 5 year plan in a business - you put in what ever you or the hierarchy want - knowing that it will constantly change over the forthcoming years ... so doesn't matter. 2035 he might as well make it 2030 as he will be long gone before then or has at least 10 years to revise it / blame someone else (public appetite / technology) ...
