Does being apart of the Windrush generation absolve you of guilt for committing crime?

That's what I picked up on, these people are Jamaican they have a nationality. What I am getting from some of these threads is that we shouldn't deport anyone who isn't white because it isn't fair, even though the people being deported are a danger to the rest of us.

Yup it is, it's incredible that rapists murderers drug traffickers can get so much support just because of the colour of their skin. The law needs tightening up so that deportation of serious criminals is made easier, obviously safeguards need to be in place but those safeguards shouldn't include years of appeal paid for by the taxpayer while they continue to carry on committing crimes.

If someone has the privilege of dual nationality then with that privilege comes a small downside, they can be deported, the quick and easy solution for them is to revoke their other passport. For the record this should apply to anyone with a dual nationality if they commit a serious crime, skin colour shouldn't play a part in anyone's defence.

I find the idea of taking fathers from their children and shipping them off to a country they don’t know fucking disgusting and those trying to justify it should take a long hard look at themselves

Come here at 5, commit a crime 20 years later then on top of the original sentence handed down by the judge they are then being sent to a foreign country. It’s unnecessary and it’s red meat to the base, or people that pretend to be the base.....

If a guy comes here at 30 rapes someone then I’m all for shipping them back. But to come here as a child and have no connection to where they are going is disgusting

There are more effective ways to making this country safe than deporting 30 people.....
