I am not a financial adviser. No idea where you got that from.

But anyway, regards your comment, what on earth is the point of bringing in tax changes targeting the very rich, only to see them being avoided by such people and then only fall on those less rich who were not the intended targets and who are unable to avoid them? Daft idea.

That said, unlike other forms of taxation - on income, capital gain, profits etc - taxes on property are more difficult to avoid.

You might not be a Financial Advisor - but TBF (and I am not a natural Tory voter) - you seem to have been handing out some pretty sage advice to the hard of thinking for a good while
