What amuses me no end is the notion that someone on the Govt front bench has not met 'the high standards' expected of a minister. What fuckin' high standards? It seems that yer can do WTF yer want, say WTF yer want, apologise that someone might have been upset, and then just carry on. Had she badmouthed Boris's intended then she would have been sacked.Absolutely, she was sorry "that my behaviour in the past has upset people". Disgraceful but, let’s face it, not a surprise. She did something wrong, it got investigated, she apologised and we all move on - just sounds like normal life tbh.The report has not been published. What has been published is highlights with a conclusion. Johnson stated the conclusion was wrong, hence the author of the report has resigned.
