I disagree - he has shut their libraries and taken away £20 pw of their benefits whilst introducing food banks for all - they would be ungrateful not to reward that

Plenty of kettles available for less than £20 at Tesco, Argos, Amazon.
Not sure if any of them have properties that will sufficiently reduce the energy bill.
