The classic right-wing apologists in the last death throes of their horrendous government. Nothing positive to say about the last 13 years of getting everything their own way and showing everyone exactly what that means. Crumbling infrastructure, an NHS on intensive care, rampant corruption, and the one thing that all of that austerity was supposed to benefit - the economy - in tatters.

And now all they've got is "well Labour wouldn't be any better" and "all politicians are the same." Of course the Labour Party would be better. Noel's House Party would be better at this point.

It’s the only thing they’ve got left , it's a cult . Trying to justify fawning over twats like Johnson , Truss, Braverman and Sunak etc etc etc .
 
Perhaps the answer is to take Thatcherism to its logical conclusion and contract out the running of the country.

A consortium of Germany, France, Denmark and Ireland could probably do a better job, more cheaply.

If Labour are useless, the Tories are demonstrably worse. They have appointed a series of utter clowns as PM, the only debate is which was the most useless. (Probably Truss - she was like bringing in a defender from the Dog and Duck to play for City in the Champions League.)

There is something very rotten in the politics of this country, but it's worth bearing in mind that Tories have been in charge for about 80% of the last hundred years. The Pareto Principle suggests that they are responsible for 80% of our problems. (The 80/20 rule).

This touching concern for taxpayers money obviously doesn’t extend to the massive PPE fraud and the trillions of untaxed dosh in offshore accounts.
I wonder why.
There is nothing good at all about this party and this government.

Once the NHS got hold of it it worked well, but the money wasted by Government pfaffing and spaffing about was incredible.

All the faulty and overpriced PPE sourced from their mates, the useless Track and Trace App and the Nightingale Hospitals which were simply a PR stunt as they never had enough doctors or medical professionals to staff them when the whole NHS was short staffed and that was before Covid.

Average rollout, above average spend and graft.

Well done Bozo!
