I think this is true mostly because people are feeling an undercurrent of tension running through the boards towards new posters/fans. So the more posts I make, the more threads I create the more they'll take me seriously and won't give me stick because I joined six months ago. This then exacerbates their problem because people DO then get annoyed with them.

Who cares if you joined yesterday, as long as you have something worthwhile to say and can speak intelligently. Or at least your drunk speak is passable!
 
problem with this forum is you only went to see what you want to see...anything that is critical or truthful is either "rag" or "wum"....pathetic realy....everton, liverpool, united's forums all invite other fans and when you enter a message it doesn't have to be approved it is displayed straight away.

Dont have a forum if you cant face the truth...end of
 
i always thought that upping the post count required to start a thread would be a good idea but the problem that it causes is that some will post shite just to reach the required number. a lot of threads seem to be started on a subject already being covered. it's as if people think their opinion is far too important to be lost on page 12 of a thread so it's best to start a new thread. knee jerk reaction is a problem, who can over react to a situation in the most extreme way.

having said that, i love coming on here and in the 12 months i have been a member, my daily routine has changed to the point where i have cancelled my 10 year subscription to 442 magazine and let the kids watch cartoons far more often because ssn is no longer the be all and end all of my day.
