It's not difficult to make a decent gravy even without proper beef stock. Water, a few beef oxo's seasoning, a carrot or two, onion, any other spare veg that makes decent stock, like sprouts, broccoli.
Honestly haven't tasted a half decent chippy gravy in years, so go the curry sauce route now.

what are we going to do? Looking across the whole catering industry there are no reusable and recyclable tubs anywhere in the world.......... curry is cancelled too I assume
