It's a circular argument really because I can say he hasn't started because he's lost his desire, and you can retort that he's lost his desire because he hasn't started.

What we can surely agree on is that when he has come on his attitude has been completely wrong. He seems resigned to his fate and no longer cares about proving his doubters (including the manager) wrong, which is a real shame because I like him and had high hopes for him, especially after his start to the season.

You too need to slap yourself! You're talking shyt on Ibra? Come oooon man! I don't know that the world has EVER seen a player of his physical stature and the type of skills he possesses. Truely ONE OF A KIND player.

I love Dzeko...but Ibra is like a Super Dzeko...Football Frankenstein Monster...combo of Ed, Kun, Silva, and the mean spirit of Wooney. With a canon on his shoulders, and on both feet.

I wish Dzeko would reach half of Ibra's status.

LOL right back at you. He might be better and blowing blokes and playing chess, but if it's footie you're talking about you're either wrong, blind, or ignorant. Gomez has scored a bunch this season but give him the ball outside of 10 yards from goal and you might as well hand it to the other team.

lol do not say it you watch Bayern because you obviously do not watch... Gomez better finisher, stronger, better in air, better hold up, much smarter, bet runs and positioning, better shot, best poacher world... Dzeo only better at dribbling (and he veen sucks at this) and making the pass. Everythn else Gomez better.. many people consider him best striker in world... also Gomez rarely score from the wide play, lot of his goals from centrally, like city play. If gomez here would score 30 goals

I'm still not sure why he was signed. He doesn't have any attributes that make him a fit for the style of play we've adopted this season. We don't play to his strengths, which is puzzling, as we knew exactly what we were getting. I sympathise with him, I really do, but it's the end for him as we're clearly not going to shift our style of play to suit him and at 27 he's not going to shift his style of play to suit us.

Best for all concerned if he moves on (unless, of course, this summer's signings complement his attributes).

One of the last times he started a match in the space of 70+ minutes before he got subbed. I counted how many times he didn't lose possession of the ball after receiving it. I got to a rough count of two, bleeding two. Now I'll admit he's normally not that bad but he isn't that much better most of the games I've watched this season.

Now that is a killer with our type of passing possession based game play, tippy tappy football as some like to call it . I honestly don't believe we can alter that style either due to the fact we can't do anything without the refs hammering us. Just look at Kompanys red card or Kolarovs yellow when he actually got fouled. Or even Twatez the other day that got his foot stamped on in the penalty box and got a bleeding yellow card for diving.

It's a catch 22 situation if we altered the system to suit Dzeko we would get hammered by the refs. If we don't alter it Dzeko can't function properly as he's not that type of player and is just a pure predator in the box, its a bloody shame.

I feel sorry dzecko i think on his day hes a top class forward but our style of play just doesnt suit him and thats all there is to it really,no wingers to put quality balls into him and our little tippy tappy football as others have called it is just not for him.He will prob go somewhere in the summer that suits him and score a shitload of goals and good luck to him if he does his goal scoring record for us pretty good considering his game time.
