There's a parking rack under the stadium bridge that looks like it can hold about 50 bikes. Last game i went there wasn't a single bike parked there. I may use it in the future though as i can cycle about 8 miles to the stadium mostly on Ashton canal.

For those considering no Seasoncard renewal, do think long and hard about it. I gave mine up around lockdown mistakenly thinking I could just buy again when ready but I’m fairly certain they’re no longer going on general sale right now.

I had no real chance to go to Wembley to watch us beat the rags in the FA Cup Final and that match would’ve made my life.

One off match tickets are so expensive now that I’m just not bothering.

Completely agree, I'm going tonight with a first ever attempt at the stadium parking. It's make or break for me as it introduces such an unnecessary headache and stress for every home game. Hopefully the club acknowledge it soon and offer some sort of solution. Alternative option for me is local supporters club but coaches are often full to the brim already!

I have got stadium parking tonight - disabled as my friend who is also a season ticket holder has a blue badge. We've done the disabled parking twice before. Orange car park ok to get out of the other car park near the new arena is a nightmare to get out of. A complete free for all. We have also looked at local supporters club for transport but for the 4 of us that travel to & from the game it would be over £30. Might as well chance getting a parking ticket then split the cost. We've all also had thoughts about giving up our tickets if parking becomes stressful. After 20plus years for us all this is a crying shame.

Whilst I don’t like to take the piss but 184 car parking spaces is hardly adequate on a match day.

Nevertheless, it is an option. Just not the panacea we’re hoping for.

But what is? Better public transport I’d say but this country is about 30 years behind others (Italy, Spain, Germany etc etc)

Hell, India probably have better public transport than the shit show we get served up.

There’s also 195 spaces at Ashton West Park & Ride… 1 stop further

Like others i was in doubt, but i have parked up in mu usual spot on Coatbridge St Clayton and can confirm there are no restrictions in place yet

Well it's pissing down too just to heap on the fun.

Ended up parking at Hollinwood and going in through Manchester, hopefully it'll be dry after the game to walk to CP and I'll be dry by then for my 90 min drive home.
