I have to think that on paper, with City playing with full concentration and commitment, City should win it.

That said, Wigan players (fringe or ever present) are playing for contracts, their future (think of the Final as a global shop window), and for pride. They have alot of players who give their all, wear their club jersey with pride and rise to big games. They're in good form too. Are City?

I think it'll be a cracker of a game.

I cannot wait.

City last 6: WWLWDW

Wigan last 6: WLLDWL

The first game in each run was the semi-final, we beat Chelsea they beat Millwall. After that they've taken 4/15 points from 5 league games, we've taken 11/15.

We might not be battering teams 5-0 or playing fantastic football at the moment but we're in much better form than Wigan.

The Cup final , like the Grand National , doesn't always ring true to form , and its history is littered with surprise results ........ it's all about who 'turns up on the day' , and who wants it more.

Wigan were unlucky once or twice in the league game at the Etihad recently , and only lost to a top class goal from Tevez six minutes from time ...... in truth they probably deserved a point from that game.

We need to totally prepare ourselves for a battle come Saturday teatime , because that's what we're gonna get !

Ok, given that most people agree on 9 or 10 of the team to start. We have potentially 10 players for only 7 places on the bench.

Pants Zab Clichy Kompany Nasty Yaya Barry Silva Tevez Aguero Nasri/Milner

Hart Dzeko Milner/Nasri Lescott? Kolo? Maicon? Richards? Garcia? Kolarov? Rodwell?

Question is, Who misses out?

I would prefer not to have Maicon or Garcia anywhere near this game. Lescott gets a subs berth over Kolo and I'd rather have Richards than Kolarov

has he done an interview?where is it please

This.

If he wants to leave after this year then personally I think we should fuck him off and play Hart instead. I thought the whole point of giving him FA cup games was to help him develop and convince him to stay. If it's done neither then there's no point in playing him.

the shit you said here it;s unbelievable....

micah has ruled himself out as not fit enough and maicon is here for 3 at the back and as that is how wigan play i suspect he will be on the bench

Why should we play our reserve keeper in our most important game of the season if he's not even going to stick around? I don't blame him for leaving, I just don't think we should play him if he's gone.
